Can you rent short-term in Monaco?

It depends entirely on your property's status. State-owned housing can never be sublet; the regulated sector (law 887) imposes long-term letting; in the free sector, short-term furnished letting depends on the property and the building's rules. We check your situation free of charge before any letting.

Do French rules (90 days, registration) apply in Monaco?

No. Monaco is a sovereign state: no Le Meur law, no French registration number, no 90 or 120-day cap. The framework is Monegasque, with its own rules — which is why support that knows both systems matters, for the Principality and its bordering French communes alike.

How much does a rental earn during the Monaco Grand Prix?
