Overlooking a courtyard, it is perfectly quiet. Completely renovated, it is equipped to the best for you to spend a pleasant stay: air conditioning, WIFI, TV 4K, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, bed 160x200 and sofa bed (140x190). Sheets and towels provided. The 38m2 apartment has been completely renovated by us. Originally, it was a big apartment we decided to split into 2. There is just a common corridor remaining between our apartment and yours. Its location is ideal, close to many shops, restaurants and bars. It is on the 4th floor. Like most apartments in Vieux Nice, it does not have a lift. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a living room kitchen with sofa bed (140x190) and a bathroom with shower. All the equipment is new. We live in the apartment next door. We will remain discreet but we are at your disposal for any information and advice, before and during your stay. Public transport: Nearest Tram Stop : Garibaldi Nearest bus stop : Garibaldi / Promenade des arts SNCF station : 5 tram stops Airport : tramway ligne 2 from the airport to "Jean Médecin", then tramway ligne 1 from "Jean médecin" to "Garibaldi" Car park : -No free parking nearby. -Parc auto "Promenade des arts" 3 minutes (25 euros/day). -Free parking spaces in the parking of the Faculty of Valrose (7 tram stops) or in the car park of the Faculty of Saint Jean d'Angéli (5 tram stops).
